I have the top monthly plan & you would think service would be great but its terrible. Both 12st & 66st locations, the guys in charge of washing do a shifty job! They dont wash wheels or tires & i literally have to beg them to do it even though its already paid for. They dont rinse dirt or mud off car before washing & my brand new car has tons of scratches because of it. I try explaining to them on what to do in Spanish & English & they pretend they dont understand. New rubber mats they melted them from leaving them in dryer too long Manager on duty does not hold them accountable, they do what they want.

For the price I paid, the cleaning was decent and incredibly fast. Just don’t expect an ultra deep interior clean, that’s what detailing is for. Definitely recommended!

This place used to be somewhat decent. All the places around here are actually inferior to something decent. I mean, basic stuff like making sure your wheels are clean? They can't do that? I don't let them do the inside sense, why should I pay for that when well, not a good job. Today, they asked me if I I wanted the inside cleaned. No one really speaks English there. So, this one girl, the cashier, I got my point to class and I said you know I wasn't nasty or anything but can you do a good job? Anyway. They're lucky they got three stars today the truth and they only got that because they're worse places.

An extra $10 for vacuuming what a rip off, stay away! I cannot believe this car wash to wash your car is $11 which is fantastic but if they vacuum your car, it jumps up to $20. Not only is the cashier, but the manager is also rude and he wanted to fight with me when I bought up the absurd charge of an extra $10 to vacuum a little smart car. He insisted on me calling the police, and he was berating and screaming at me in the place. I will never go there again. The service is not very good and they leave the car dirty on top of trying to charge me an extra $10 for vacuuming.. This place is a rip off. I would definitely stay away from this place.

This are more worried about moving cars vs. doing a better job on cleaning. I requested the top package “unlimited” and the cashier said we can’t do that because we don’t have time. I should’ve went to a cheaper car wash, maybe they would’ve done a better job! Very disappointed!
